At Warwick, pupils are encouraged to embrace school life fully, with sport playing a central role.
Our broad and inclusive programme offers a varied and enjoyable range of activities, providing meaningful opportunities for participation, personal growth and challenge, while inspiring a lifelong love of sport, physical activity and healthy living.
Sport: the Warwick Way
Sport at Warwick is firmly rooted in The Warwick Way, shaped by four key elements:
Physical and Mental Wellbeing – Pupils thrive when they are physically and mentally well. Regular participation in sport and physical activity helps them develop skills that strengthen both body and mind.
Belonging – Young people flourish when they feel part of a community. Sport at Warwick fosters teamwork, friendship and shared purpose, helping every pupil develop a strong sense of belonging.
Flourishing Academically – Our sports programme offers a healthy break from the classroom while building discipline, focus and determination, fostering both academic success and personal ambition.
Character Development – Through success and setback, sport gives pupils the opportunity to embed the school values of creativity, curiosity, courage, perseverance, responsibility and humility into their character.
Through our sports programme, pupils are encouraged to aim higher, embrace challenges, and thrive both on and off the field.
