With support from our Director in Residence and Bridge House Theatre staff, we offer an exceptional range of participatory activities and opportunities beyond the curriculum.

We regularly host masterclasses and residencies from leading theatre companies including Frantic Assembly, the RSC, Gecko, Motionhouse, VAMOS, Thunder Road and many more, to inspire boys to enjoy as diverse and board range of experiences in drama as possible.
Pupils enjoy trips to national festivals, touring shows and international tours, including visits to Canada and New York as part of our busy annual programme. We hold a major biennial Festival and offer opportunities for unique projects involving all year groups to broaden experiences still further.
Pathways into the creative industries
Our reputation has spread and boys at Warwick are often targeted by casting agencies for professional theatre, film and TV roles. We will often broker audition opportunities and assist boys as they prepare for the demands of professional engagements. We similarly help them prepare for drama school auditions.
Many Warwickians go onto the creative industries as actors, theatre-makers or technical specialists, but all learn to enjoy lifelong benefits including a deep appreciation of the arts brought about by the formative and positive first-hand experiences we provide.
LAMDA
LAMDA at Warwick School offers pupils a rich programme in Speech and Drama, designed to build confidence, creativity and exceptional communication skills. Taught by specialist tutors with professional training, the programme enables pupils to work towards nationally recognised qualifications while developing poise, expressive ability and a strong sense of self-presentation. Whether exploring acting, Shakespeare, public speaking or musical theatre, pupils benefit from personalised guidance and inspiring performance opportunities throughout the year.
