We are proud to be Food for Life Bronze accredited, recognising our commitment to fresh, nutritious meals, responsibly sourced ingredients, and promoting lifelong healthy eating habits.
As the Warwick School’s catering team, we provide balanced meals for every pupil and are proud to cater for the vast majority of special dietary requirements, including, but not limited to, gluten-free, vegan, halal, and individually tailored meal plans.
Our menus follow and exceed the Department for Education’s School Food Standards, supporting both pupils’ health and academic performance. They run on a 4-week rolling cycle that changes each term, ensuring variety and seasonal freshness. John Badr, Head of Events & Food Operations, meets regularly with the Schools Food Councils to review menus and tailor our service to pupil needs.

catering standard – the highest level of hygiene and safety practices
meals prepared each day
Our professional chefs prepare approximately 3,500 meals each day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, using locally sourced, seasonal produce wherever possible. Pupils and staff enjoy a variety of options, including two main courses, salads, soups, desserts, fruit, and yoghurt. We maintain a nut-aware environment, and our staff are fully trained in allergen awareness, working closely with pupils to meet specific dietary needs.
