This October, we are inviting all members of our school community to support Warwick Foodbank through our Harvest Festival Collection. Harvest is traditionally a time to reflect on what we have and to share with those who may be experiencing hardship. By donating even one item, you can help provide essential support to local individuals and families in need.
Simply bring your donations to your form room. The Prefect team will collect donations at the end of each week, so there’s no need to take them anywhere else.
This year, our goal is to fill the Chaplain’s Office with donations by half term. Every item counts, and together we can make a huge difference for local families supported by Warwick Foodbank.
Warwick District Foodbank provides emergency food and practical support to people across the local area who are experiencing financial hardship or crisis. Its aim is not only to provide food but also to ensure that people receive the help and advice they need to improve their situation.
Warwick Foodbank particularly needs the following items:
Household and toiletries
Bags for Life
Deodorant
Shampoo
Shaving foam/gel
Toothpaste
Washing-up liquid
Food items
Chocolate
Jam
Multipack crisps/snacks
Noodles
Pasta sauce
Small squash
Tinned custard
Tinned potatoes
Tinned tomatoes
Tinned vegetables
Vegan food items
Vegetarian food items
Please ensure all food items are unopened, in date, and non-perishable.
Let’s see if we can fill every corner of the office and make this our biggest foodbank collection yet!
Thank you for helping support local families and making a difference in our community.
